Progress Update 11/05/2022

We have made some exciting progress this week, with the introduction of a new game intro, conceptualization of a new macroscopic editor design, and excellent progress on many of the open pull requests left over from the previous update.
Unfortunately not much made it into the devbuild for this week, but that leaves plenty to look forward to next Saturday!
Programming
- New DevBuild for our patrons:
- Changed scene change mod callback to trigger slightly earlier
- Updated some code comments related to the saving system
- Updated translations
- The first iteration of our Thriveopedia and it's associated museum feature is nearing completion!
The museum is where you can study species you have “fossilized”. You can even play as them!
Graphics
- Quantumcrab has returned to toss a brand new intro video at us, which will become available to our devbuild supporters next Saturday. If you're impatient, you can also view it now by building the game from our github!
Make sure to turn on intro-videos!

- Complete redesign of the macroscopic editor concept
