It’s the final week before the release of 0.7.1 and we are shifting our focus more towards bug fixing and polishing of already developed features. We finally implemented long-anticipated dynamic environments and many other cool features!

- The world now starts off with no oxygen and photosynthesis once evolved will add oxygen to the world
- Metabolosomes are now locked until reaching a patch with oxygen
- Iron respiration no longer requires oxygen to keep it viable in the vents biome

- Added a microbe background distortion shader effect that can be enabled in the options (this may become the default in the future)
