This week was another split between building out further prototypes for future stages, and continuing to flesh out the microbe stage. We don’t have any screenshots to show just yet, but rest assured that the macroscopic prototype (the 3D second half of multicellular) is currently under development.
Back in the tidepool, we have a lot of quality of life improvements to the gameplay of microbe stage, including some balance tweaking on the brand new cilia organelle! Finally, we’ve been amassing art assets that will be needed for later stages, so we can hit the ground running as we advance into the macroscopic world.
