Progress Update 01/27/2024

Some more bugs hunted down this week, as we have discovered some leftover artifacts from the previous update. There are some more bugfixes that did not make it into the BOTD for this week, so you may spot them in the future instead.

There’s also a pretty long-awaited new feature: ejecting engulfed things button. This new feature will allow the player to eject too toxic cells that aren’t worth taking damage to digest compounds from.

Also this week we released a new version of the Thrive Launcher. It had been a year since the last release so a lot of changes had accumulated. Leading up to the release we made a lot of small improvements to the launcher to make it worth it to make the new release. This new release should improve the experience for anyone using the launcher to access Thrive.
